Windows Live Writer is turning out to be one of those tools that I can’t live without, much as I originally suspected. And it has been made even more useful with a collection of Plug-ins posted on CodePlex, and sponsored by Keyvan Nayyeri.
I’ve just started testing the plug-ins, and they are pretty cool. I do wish that the “Insert Code” plug-in supported Windows PowerShell as a scripting language, or even KixStart and Windows Batch Scripting. (Yeah, I know this is a plug-in aimed at developers, but Windows System Admins can benefit from Code Syntax Highlighting as well, you know…)
In any event, I’ll be keeping a look out for new plug-ins, which will make WLW even a more fun tool to use.
